Terms

Terms for using MoviePeak.

These terms summarize the main rules for using MoviePeak across the public site, subscriptions, producer access, and admin access.

Accounts and access

Users are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of their account details and the confidentiality of their login credentials. Admin and producer access may be restricted, suspended, or revoked where operational risk or policy violations exist.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid features depend on an active subscription tier. Pricing, billing intervals, and playback limits are governed by the plan selected in the product and may change over time with reasonable notice.

Content and rights

MoviePeak does not grant ownership of platform content. Producers, licensors, and rights holders remain subject to their individual agreements, revenue terms, and approval workflows where applicable.

Acceptable use

Users may not attempt to bypass subscription rules, abuse trial systems, extract protected media, interfere with platform operations, or use admin or producer surfaces beyond their assigned permissions.

Platform changes

We may adjust product features, pricing, catalog availability, moderation rules, onboarding requirements, and payment flows as the platform evolves from MVP into a broader commercial service.

Support and disputes

Operational issues, payment questions, and access disputes should be raised through MoviePeak support channels first so they can be reviewed against account, transaction, and platform activity records.
