Who gets access
Access is limited to authorized MoviePeak operators, infrastructure providers, and service vendors that help us deliver core platform features such as hosting, payments, analytics, storage, and email.
Your controls
You can contact MoviePeak to request updates to your account information, ask questions about stored data, or request deletion where that is operationally and legally appropriate.
Retention and security
We retain data only as long as it is needed for account management, payments, platform security, analytics, regulatory obligations, and dispute handling. Sensitive operations such as admin access, authentication, and onboarding flows are expected to be protected with appropriate operational controls.
